Returns accepted withing 30 days of order.  We usually extend this if you ask nicely.  You must contact us first, and we will setup details for the return, along with an RMA #. 

Returns are for Brand New Parts only.  If you install or use a part, then it is no longer returnable. 

Please allow a 15% restock fee for returned items.  Buyer must pay for return shipping.  Please pack items very well so that  parts are not damaged upon return.

For International Customers -- Imports (Customs) fees are not paid to Eric's Performance Parts, so Eric's Performance Parts will not return any customs fees paid.
