Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of Delivery.

Refund will be sent back via Pay Pal payment.  If Credit Card was used on Pay Pal without account, then Pay Pal will refund to your Credit Card.

Returns are for Brand New Parts only.  If you install or use a part, then it is no longer returnable.   Parts taken out of Original Packaging are Non-Returnable.  Example: ACL Bearings removed from Plastic Shrink Wrap are Non-Returnable.

To Start Return, please send an email to us.  We will reply with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please allow a 20% restock fee for returned items.

Buyer must pay for Return Shipping AND Insurance.  Please get Insurance for 100% Value of Item before shipping.  Customer will be responsible for any damage or loss during Return Shipping.  Please pack items very well so that  parts are not damaged upon return.

For International Customers -- Imports (Customs) fees are not paid to Eric's Performance Parts, so Eric's Performance Parts will not return any customs fees paid.

Please contact us via email before going to eBay or Pay Pal.  We like to work things out with customers first.  Allow a few days for reply via eMail due to high volume of messages.
